What happens at the limit
We let you know when you reach 80% of your sends. If you hit the limit, your campaigns wait until you upgrade or the next month starts; sign-up confirmations and unsubscribes always go out.
On Free, the 2,500 contacts count the ones you import or add by hand: people who sign up on your website always get in.
Which plan do you need?
Emails are your list’s contacts times the campaigns you send each month. A few examples, with the math in view: the plan is the smallest one that covers them.

How much does Kubo Mail cost?
It is free up to 3,000 emails a month and 2,500 contacts. Paid plans start at $12 a month billed yearly ($15 billed monthly), for 25,000 emails a month, and go up to 1,000,000. Beyond that, let’s talk.
What counts as an email?
One email to one person. A campaign to your whole list is as many emails as it has contacts, and two campaigns a month, twice that. What matters is how many emails go out each month, not how many contacts you have stored.
Do contacts count towards the price?
Not on paid plans: they are unlimited. On Free the cap is 2,500, and it counts what you import or add by hand: anyone who signs up through your website form always gets in.
How many users can I have?
On paid plans, as many as you like, each with their own role: whoever writes does not see your subscribers. On Free, 2.
Is it better to pay for the year or month by month?
Billed yearly, each month costs less: for example, the 25,000-email plan is $12 a month billed yearly and $15 billed monthly. Billed monthly, you pay the same each month without committing to a full year.
Do prices include VAT?
No: prices are before VAT.
What happens if I reach my email limit?
We warn you at 80%. At 100%, your campaigns wait until you move up a plan or the next month starts. Sign-up confirmations and unsubscribes always go out.
What does the Free plan include?
One newsletter, 2 users, 2,500 contacts and 3,000 emails a month, with every feature and “Sent with Kubo Mail” in the footer of your emails. Paid plans remove it.
